Taylor Swift may be the queen of pop, but don’t let her innocent demeanour fool you – she has an impressive property portfolio as well. According to Forbes, the US songstress is worth about $80-billion, placing her on the top 10 rich list.

But if her real estate resume is anything to go by, this shrewd businesswoman could stand to make a fortune in 2018 if she chooses to sell any one of her properties.

Nashville, Tennessee

What singer with country music roots doesn’t own a home in Nashville? According to Architectural Digest, she purchased her first home at just 20 years old in the heart of Nashville’s Music Row for $1.99 million.


Beverly Hills, California

The Cape-Cod style cottage was bought by Swift in 2011 for $3.55 million. The 3-bedroom home is quite modest compared to her other abodes.

Nashville, Tennessee

Not content with just one Nashville home, Swift then went on to snap up another property in Forest Hills in June 2011 for $2.5 million.

Watch Hill, Rhode Island

Swift’s most impressive and most Instagramed property is her Rhode Island home in Watch Hill. Famous for her Fourth Of July parties, she hosts her squad and fellow celebs at this impressive 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom home.



New York

This larger-than-life apartment is made up of two penthouses in NYC’s Tribeca neighbourhood. Its previous owner, Lord Of The Rings director Peter Jackson, listed it in 2013. Swift bought it a year later for almost $20 million.

Beverly Hills, California

The singer’s latest purchase is an iconic landmark, literally. The Beverly Hills home, known as the Goldwyn Estate, was built in 1934 and has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, a library, a card room, a theatre room, a guest suite, staff lodging above the garage, a lighted tennis court, and a pool with a pool house.
