While interrelating with the two other buildings in this precinct to form a cohesive development, the latest edition retains its own individuality and style, notably through its use of natural stone in combination with expansive glazing in shades of azure and green.

Designed to be sustainable, resource efficient, occupant-friendly and aesthetically attractive, much of its success in achieving this is due to its high-performance, double-glazed façade. A significant aspect of its architectural language, the glazing also contributes to a comfortable, energy-efficient internal environment (the building achieved a 5-Star Green Star SA Design Certification by GBCSA), while providing ample access to daylight and maximising the views.

A breathtaking panoramic outlook is provided from every corner of the building, including onto a planted central courtyard, creating the illusion of being part of the surrounding environment.
