A rich display of orchids and roses including rare species, awaits you at the Orchids and Roses Fair, a celebration of nature’s abundant splendour. Gardens Editor Heidi Bertish, along with Halmar Taschner from Ludwig’s Roses and Christian Giesel of the Northern Gauteng Orchid Society, will give captivating talks on the craft of gardening. Expect to receive valuable guidance on ensuring that your roses blossom during winter, selecting and nurturing epiphytic orchids for the Gauteng garden, amongst other horticultural tips.
