Whether you prefer uber modern or traditional, choose seating that shows off your style. Decor assistant Jen Gough compiles a list of drool-worthy sofas and classic seating solutions.
Bold
Make an audacious style statement with an ultra-modern sofa or daybed in a punchy hue and nontraditional shape. Meld high design and comfort for a piece that will instantly become the centrepiece in your space, however it’s not for the decor conservative. If you’re slightly less daring, opt for a traditional shape with classic detailing, such as deep buttoning or studding, but in an unexpectedly daring textile and colour.

Classic
A traditional sofa works well in most interior schemes, from modern to country chic. To create interest, choose a classic piece that is oversized, utilises a combination of finishes or is upholstered in an unconventional and vibrant fabric, yet retains the much-loved details associated with this style.
