Ocsober is coming to an end and World Vegan Day (1 November) is a chance to explore something new too. While going plant-based full time isn’t for everyone, trying some vegan recipes can be great for finding new alternatives and ingredients. If you happen to be on TikTok, the #veganrecipes has over 3.3 billion views, so this lifestyle isn’t losing any popularity anytime soon.

In light of the upcoming day, we’ve rounded up some incredible TikTok creators who share simple recipes, as well as how to up your vegetable and fruit intake.
