For the millions of fans mourning the end of Schitt's Creek, a chance has come on the market to relive the six joyous seasons; the Rosebud motel is for sale for 2 million Canadian dollars. Set on 6.7 acres of riverfront land, surrounded by woodland, the real-life Hockley Motel is in a small town in Ontario called Mono. However, for fans of the blue-tiled walls and kitschy run-down rooms, it must be noted that the motel only served as the exterior of that in Schitt's Creek, with the interior scenes filmed elsewhere.

The motel is being pitched as a fixer-upper for fans of the show, so there is a chance to entirely recreate Schitt's Creek scenery, should the buyer so desire. Hockley Motel has quite a history with the screen, having also been used as a location in the film A History of Violence and another Netflix hit, The Umbrella Academy.

Those who have watched all six seasons of the show, which tells the story of the riches-to-rags Rose family, will have come to love the motel as a character in its own right, the backdrop of many a guffaw-inducing moment courtesy of Moira, David and co. The motel is being sold by Colliers International and interested parties have until December 14 to place an offer.
