A Masterclass Dining Experience

Learn to create exceptional dishes.

Each masterclass session will include a 3-course meal with different menus showcasing unique cooking techniques on main dishes such as sous vide and sushi making.

Start the evening with an amuse-bouche, followed by starters served on a harvest table. The interactive main course follows and finally, end the evening off with a delicious plated dessert.

Each session is limited to 10 couples each with their own work station.

In this live interactive masterclass, Chef Ku will teach you how to correctly prepare and roll sushi whilst enjoying a glass of signature paired gin
