Months after the sale’s closing in December, the New York post is reporting that Zendaya purchased a spot for herself in Brooklyn’s Quay Tower.

The $4.9 million three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom is the first residency the actor—best known for her roles in Euphoria and Spider-Man: Homecoming—has owned in New York.

A new addition to the borough’s skyline, Quay Tower was designed by New York City-based architecture firm ODA and Los Angeles firm Marmol Radziner, allowing it a flair that separates it from the skyline’s other condos.

Custom oak cabinetry, wide oak plank floors, and earth tones throughout bring a California vibe to the space, certainly a comfort to the Euphoria actress who also owns a home in the San Fernando Valley.

What really may have wooed Zendaya, though, was the attention to detail in designing the elevators. There are four additional units on her floor, but hers has a private entrance and elevator line, allowing the elevator to open directly to her apartment.

Residency in the 30-story tower includes access to its 4,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with panoramic views, BBQs, and fireplaces, a music room, a pet wash, a fitness center outfitted with a variety of exercise equipment, Peloton bikes included, and a Gleason’s outpost with exclusive boxing classes.

Zendaya has previously spoken to AD about working with interior decorator Brittaney Elise on allowing her personal style shine through in her space, along with showcasing her art collection, so there’s no doubt she’ll be adding plenty of personal touches.

For now, though, she’s been renting out the apartment while busy working in L.A. — according to StreetEasy, it’s going for $16,000 a month.
