Gaggenau, the German luxury professional-grade kitchen appliance manufacturer, will unveil their brand new Vario 400 Cooling range at Decorex Joburg in August 2018.

The Vario 400 series is composed of a fully integrated, built-in modular range of refrigerators, freezers, fridge-freezers and wine climate cabinets which seamlessly fit in with an array of interiors. Only released for purchase in Europe in April 2018, these sculpted appliances redefine the landscape of the functional kitchen with the integration of modularity and seamless, smooth lines.

The features include expansive, handleless doors with individual furniture fronts, stainless steel or glass doors for wine climate cabinets. The door opens to reveal a complete stainless-steel interior and dark anthracite anodised aluminium elements. Imperceptible clear glass shelving and solid aluminium door racks are further complemented by a stunning atmospheric glow from the warm white, glare-free LED lights.

Taking inspiration from the oak barrels used to age wine, the Vario wine climate cabinets features telescopic rails which allow oak and dark anthracite aluminium bottle trays to fully extend for gentle handling. Other impressive features include the cabinet’s low vibration, humidity regulation and the activated charcoal air filter which protects the wine from odour contamination.

The Vario 400 cooling range will be unveiled at the Blu Line Kitchen stand, Decorex Joburg 2018 which will take place at the Gallagher Convention Centre from 8-12 August 2018. Themed “Rhythm of life”, exhibitioners can expect a variety of globally influenced designs and trends which have been localised to suit the African home.

Incredible selections of inspired trends will be showcased at the lifestyle exhibition including the latest bathroom décor, home décor and furniture and outdoor living trends. The Exhibition will also include restaurants and a craft Gin Bar.
