If there’s one thing that needs to be done well, it’s whipping cream correctly. It’s one of those finicky ingredients that can go from being light as a cloud to a complete flop. Watch how this BA food editor, Shilpa Uskokovic takes this whipped cream to even higher heights

There are various ways to add some flavour to a recipe or ingredient of your choice. Nuts are infinitely better when roasted and especially, if you’re using it in baking. The process of roasting them add heaps of flavour and apparently makes it more digestible. Watch as Shilpa shares her method for getting it just right.
