Ingredients

1 large banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and washed

1 cup Greek yoghurt (can be substituted for plant-based yoghurt)

4 blocks ice

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

1. In a blender, blend the banana, strawberries, milk, yoghurt and ice. Stir in the chia seeds.

2. Pour into bowls and allow to sit for a few minutes to thicken while you make the toppings.
