1. ART AND DESIGN

H&G’s CUSP exhibition shares the artworks of 11 young and local designers who are redefining functional art and collectable design. Every story is unique and inspiring, with the focus on their allocated material. This September, we delve into the minds of these creatives and explore their art.

2. FOOD AND FAMILY

Chef Nic Charalambous of the Greek-Cypriot restaurant, Ouzeri, encapsulated the perfect balance between classic and contemporary Greek cuisine. This new eatery located in Cape Town has a sophisticated finish with a warm ambience, bringing food and family together.

4. RENTAL FRIENDLY HOME UPDATES

5. SUSTAINABILITY WITH URBAN FARMING

When an abandoned car park turned into a boutique urban farm in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, we at H&G were all eyes and ears to see how this would develop. Millennials Anique and Jonathan Pickard got rather hands on with their beloved organic project and thus Jolly Good Farm was born.
