Design brand and the source for all luxury stone and porcelain products, Cannata, has collaborated with Aimee Wolfaardt of Haardt Design Studio to create an exploratory space for local talents where they can showcase their work in the design, architectural, creative fields.

According to the trio, Aimee Wolfaard and Cannata’s Claudia King and Italo Cannata Jr., The Dialogue Room is an answer to a call for a space where designers, architects, creatives and their clients can connect and create.

‘The Dialogue Room is a sensory and interactive space that eschews the typical showroom model. The trio envisages this as fertile ground for discussion and discovery, a fluid environment that’s as dynamic as the Cannata brand,’ the group shared.

The Dialogue Room plans to collaborate with other creatives to offer their clients a glimpse into Cannata’s new collections of furniture and decorative stone products born from working with established or emerging designers every quarter.

For the launch The Dialogue Room partnered with Cape Town-based architectural and interior design brand Studio AN. Architects and owners, Jan de Wet and Jeanne Scholtz, created several pieces for a collection called Morph. The collection includes a Light, Stool, Bench, Mirror and Cabinet, described as pieces that ‘push the boundaries and amplify the personality of natural stone’. Take a look at a few pictures of the Morph collection below.
