Fine Dining Kingdom

Inspired by film director Wes Anderson’s whimsy and founder Megan Kritzinger’s deep-rooted love for French bistros, The Wes offers a unique blend of storytelling, style and elegant dining. Designed with Bone Design’s Nicola Orpen, the space boasts movie-set glamour featuring plush banquettes, dusky-pink ceilings and a Grand Budapest Hotel mural. The menu, led by chef Samantha Temmers, elevates French classics with Cape twists — the Moules Marinière, 300g entrecôte (ribeye) with handcut fries and Café de Paris butter, and hazelnut Paris-Brest are highlights. Its charm, craft and cosmopolitan warmth makes The Wes an imaginative homage to art, culture and the joy of beautiful dining.
