After 20 seasons, Keeping Up With the Kardashians came to an end on June 10. Since rising to stardom in 2007, the famous blended family—consisting of matriarch Kris Jenner, her former spouse Caitlyn Jenner, her daughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, her son Rob Kardashian, and other family members and friends—has warmly welcomed viewers into their chaotic lives and many lavish homes.

Based primarily in California’s upscale Hidden Hills and Calabasas neighbourhoods, the crew—reportedly collectively worth an estimated $2 billion, per Forbes—has built quite the real estate empire. In over a decade, they have bought and sold several over-the-top mansions, many of which Architectural Digest had the chance to tour. And while the beloved reality show is drawing to a close, the Kardashian-Jenner family is continuing to add to their impressive, ever-growing collection, most recently with Kourtney’s La Quinta purchase. Below, we’ve rounded up all the properties the TV personalities currently own.

Kris Jenner

After parting ways with her farmhouse-style Hidden Hills mansion (which she decked out with the help of AD100 designers Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements) in 2020, the momager spent $20 million on an estate in the same area the following year. Kris also bought a $12 million desert retreat in La Quinta, near Palm Springs, in 2018. In addition to that, she owns two condos in Calabasas, one of which was listed for $2.599 million in 2019.

Kourtney Kardashian

Since 2014, the Poosh founder has called Calabasas home. She lives in a massive mansion there with her children Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 6, whom she shares with ex (and KUWTK fan favorite) Scott Disick. When Architectural Digest toured the house in 2016, her interior designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, said it was important for Kourtney to have a “sophisticated but family-friendly” interior. Most recently, in May 2021, Kourtney scooped up a 9,335-square-foot place in La Quinta for $12 million.

Kim Kardashian

In recent years, the Skims founder’s Axel Vervoordt–designed minimalist mansion in Hidden Hills—which she bought with estranged husband Kanye West in 2014—has been her main home base. (Kim will reportedly be keeping the house in the divorce, while the rapper will likely stay at his sprawling Cody, Wyoming, ranch, where he has been living since 2020.)

The former pair went on to buy two neighbouring properties for $2.7 and $2.975 million in 2019. They also purchased an undeveloped home site in La Quinta for $6.3 million in 2018, but it’s still unclear who will get the plot in the wake of the divorce.

Khloé Kardashian

In early 2021, the Good American cofounder bought an expansive estate for $17 million in Hidden Hills, right next door to her mom’s newly acquired property.

Khloé—who sold her Calabasas mansion for $15 million in 2020—has told Architectural Digest that she likes to be “very hands-on in the design process.” Added the reality star, “I’m obsessed with details, so I can be a bit controlling, but it’s only because I’m genuinely curious.”

Kendall Jenner

Unlike her family, the supermodel lives closer to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. “When I walked into this place, I was immediately drawn to the peaceful Spanish-y, farmhouse-y vibe,” Kendall told Architectural Digest in 2020 of the house she bought in 2017 for a reported $8.55 million. “My life involves a lot of chaos and travel and high energy, so I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can simply zone out and relax.”

Kylie Jenner

At just 23 years old, the youngest child of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has proved to be quite the real estate tycoon. In 2020 alone, the beauty mogul expanded her property portfolio with a sprawling Holmby Hills pad worth a whopping $36.5 million and a $15 million five-acre vacant lot in Hidden Hills.

She also owns a plot of land in La Quinta, a $13.5 million mansion in the mountains above Beverly Hills—which she purchased with ex Travis Scott in 2018—as well as a $12 million Hidden Hills estate that Architectural Digest got to explore in 2019.
