Pop star, Rihanna, recently signed a one-month lease for a waterside home in the Hamptons to the tune of $415,000, (approximately R7 million) according to the  New York Post. (Included in the lease is a $1 million (R17 million) security deposit.) Situated in the hamlet of North Sea, the mansion comprises five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, and spans a spacious 8,900 square feet. Listing photos reveal hardwood floors, elegant coffered ceilings, and large picture windows throughout that look out over the water.

The master bedroom’s walls are painted a calming robin’s-egg blue, and it features its own fireplace, as well as a separate sitting area. Another second-floor bedroom in the home has room enough for exercise equipment and a small reading nook as well. An arial view of the property, which is perched on a two-acre peninsula, also shows a generously proportioned pool and an 85-foot private dock, ideal for boats and Jet Skis. The  Post reports that Rihanna will be spending mid-July through mid-August at the Hamptons retreat; it is currently on the market for $10.99 million.

The property might also look familiar to fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, as it happens to be the same North Sea house where Khloé and Kourtney filmed their now-defunct series  Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons back in 2014. The house served as their home base as the sisters opened up a pop-up retail store, Dash, in Southampton Village for the season with the help of Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick. Other members of the reality TV clan, including Kim, Kris, Kylie, and Kendall, also visited the summer house during filming and production.
