Rihanna has no time for nonsense—just see the way she slays trolls on Instagram—so it should come as no surprise that the singer and Fenty founder is looking to offload her Hollywood Hills home six months after it was broken into by an intruder-stalker. The Barbados native originally snapped up the 7,130-square-foot home just about a year and a half ago for $6.8 million and is now looking to make a profit with an asking price of $7.495 million.

The home is comprised of a three-story main house and a poolside guesthouse that sits atop a separate two-car garage and is currently converted into a fitness centre with its own separate bathroom. The main house, however, is a unique blend of modern Mediterranean design, with high ceilings, arched doorways and steel-framed windows and doors creating a modern, homey vibe. The six-bedroom, eight-full-and-two-half-bath home opens onto a stone-tiled entrance gallery with a pair of angular gold chandeliers hanging from above; a metal-and-frosted-glass-sided stairway leads up and away to the second floor. Through another arched doorway is an ample-sized living room big enough to hold a grand piano in one corner and a rustically tiled fireplace along one wall. Elsewhere on the ground floor is a formal dining room lined on two sides by tall, arched windows and accented with a unique spiky chandelier hanging from the centre of the room. The nearby kitchen centres around a unique T-shaped, grey-and-white striated stone centre island, balanced out by an array of textured wood panelling that covers both the kitchen cabinetry and refrigerator.

Four of the en-suite guest bedrooms are also located in the main house, with one on the ground floor and three more upstairs. Each boast plenty of natural light and views of the greenery outdoors; some of the guest bedrooms even have glass doors opening out onto Juliet-style balconies. The expansive master suite takes up the entire third floor and boasts a separate window-lined sitting enclave with unique textured wood ceiling tiles and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with its own deep soaking tub, separate steam shower, and dressing room. The master suite opens out onto its own private terrace overlooking the infinity-edge swimming pool and spa below. A nice bonus to the home is a home theatre with eggplant-hued walls and a number of plush, cosy recliners. In addition to her Hollywood Hills home, Rihanna also maintains a large home in her native Barbados, as well as a more modest three-bedroom condo on a high floor of a luxury building in L.A.’s Century City, which she purchased for $5.45 million just over four years ago.
