Since Lockdown was lifted, 2020 has been the year of serving the most covetable lifestyle and travel content on social media from reviews of the hottest restaurants to the coolest cross-country road trips. To inspire you to join in on the fun, here are three of the most breath-taking destinations in South Africa’s eastern province, Mpumalanga.

Blyde River Canyon

Found just outside the Kruger National Park, the Blyde River Canyon is the third-largest canyon in the world. The canyon is popular for lush green fauna and flora and the famous God’s Window, which is known for its spectacular panoramic view over the indigenous forest.

The Kruger National Park is one of Africa’s largest game reserves, home to the Big Five and the perfect holiday destination for nature lovers. The reserve also offers luxury accommodation in and around the park, like Shishangeni by BON Hotels, where you can relax by the poolside and enjoy an authentic South African holiday experience in comfort.
