The Netflix show Selling Sunset has been gripping audiences recently with its tales of glossy LA real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group and the high-end houses they sell in Beverly Hills and beyond. We can't decide what's more fascinating, the agents themselves, their cut-throat competition and their gossip-filled lives, or the spectacular houses with their swimming pools, luxury fittings, and multi-million-dollar price tags.

One of the most jaw-dropping houses on the show is owned by Turkish property developer Adnan Sen in Beverly Hills. It's certainly pretty amazing, with seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and one of the biggest swimming pools in the neighbourhood, but the price tag is shocking nevertheless. The house is being represented by Davina Potratz, who apparently had to 'beg' her boss Jason Oppenheim to take on the listing. Sen, a notoriously demanding client on the show, insisted on the house being listed at that price, but Oppenheim thought that it could potentially be 'embarrassing' for the company if it didn't sell.

Season 3, where the house features, was filmed in autumn 2019, but the house still appears to be for sale on The Oppenheim Group's website. The 15,605 sq. ft house was last sold for $5.85 million in 2013. It was then listed in 2014 for $25 million, but was taken off the market again. Median house prices in Beverly Hills are around $3.5 million.
