Furniture and streetwear combine in the new Reebok x Eanes sneaker collaboration.

Charles and Ray Eames are the iconic husband and wife duo that revolutionsed the design world from 1941 onwards.

Currently, Eames Office is run by the third generation of the Eames family. This partnership with Eames marks the first-ever footwear collaboration for the brand.

Named the Reebok x Eames C collection, the sneakers celebrate the legacy of the 20th-century designers and re-interpret two artworks produced by Ray Eames.

"Known for their ground-breaking furniture creations for Herman Miller and Vitra, the husband-and-wife team redefined post-war American design and shaped the 20th century with their playful yet purposeful sensibility," said Reebok.

"Eames design represents a belief that the objects in our everyday life should enrich our existence and transcend utilitarian function to connect with people on a personal level."

When creating the collection, which contains four designs, designers drew on the classic Club C silhouette, which was originally released in 1985.

The Ray Eames Signature Pack consists of two shoes emblazoned with patterns designed by Ray Eames.

One pair is adorned with a Dot Pattern designed by Ray Eames in 1947, while the other features a reproduction of her Composition painting which was created in 1939.

Each shoe in the collection will be packaged in a shoebox inspired by the iconic Eames House - also known as Case Study House No. 8 in Los Angeles.

In addition to the patterned sneakers, Reebok x Eames will also be releasing a black and white pair called the Reebok x Eames Black & White Club C.

The Reebok x Eames Club C Monotone pack (black and white) will be available online from October 15, This will be followed by a wider global release on 21. The Ray Eames Signature pack is expected to drop later this season.
