Yakovenko’s vision centered on biomorphic forms, ensuring smooth, curved lines united the architecture, interior, and landscaping. This approach creates a harmonious flow throughout the space, promoting a sense of unity and natural elegance.

Layout & Features

The ground floor boasts a luxurious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, complemented by a spa area with a 15-meter overflow pool, jets, a hammam, and a sauna.

Material & Design Details

To achieve visual coherence, Yakovenko replaced clinker brick cladding with dolomite, integrating the material into interior finishes. Stone features prominently, including Fior di Bosco marble in communal areas and Crystallo onyx ceiling accents by Henge.

A custom Smart Home system streamlines technical services, while Yakovenko’s signature wall-painting technique adds a suede-like finish to matte surfaces. The result is a refined, cohesive home where technology and artistry converge, embodying true luxury and timeless design.
