The experience begins with a curated buffet featuring warm pastries, seasonal fruit and a selection of thoughtfully prepared breakfast classics. From there, guests can explore a dedicated à la carte menu created for those who believe breakfast should be anything but rushed.
Among the highlights is the Salmon Royale — an elegant take on the classic eggs benedict — reflecting the refined yet generous spirit that defines the hotel’s dining approach.
Executive Chef Wesli Jacobs believes the breakfast table plays an unexpectedly important role in how people connect with one another.
