Located on the corner of Hans Strijdom Avenue and Lower Heerengracht in Cape Town, you will find The Duke, the Mosaic Group’s latest luxury residential project.

By the end of October 2019, the construction and development company will have completed two floors of the 81 luxury apartments in The Duke and have them occupation ready.

The building was redesigned by architect Lisa Rorich, famous for her work on exquisite luxury lodges like Singita in Tanzania, and others in Botswana and the Seychelles.

The apartments feature a rooftop deck and pool, and breath-taking city views of against the backdrop of Table Mountain. The Duke is also in walking distance of Cape Town’s top restaurants, bars, tourism hot spots and convenient transport.

Raewyn Hayhoe, known for her green-building specialisation and luxurious eco-friendly residential lifestyle estates designed the interiors for The Duke. The interiors feature a muted palette of charcoal, moody greens and bronze. Polished-concrete floors, Calacatta marble vanity tops and granite countertops, honed black subway tiling, and Bordeaux Oak veneers are cleverly blended with beautiful signature features like Victoria and Albert basins, amber glass pendant cluster lights, Parisian ribbed floor-to-ceiling glass screens and Meir tiger-bronze taps.

Completed apartments will be available for accommodation by the end of October this year. For more information, check out their website at theduke.co.za.
