From the most creatively designed cocktails to the more-ish sushi and finger-licking tapas, Soi Bar has popped up with a bang. Serving great food and even better cocktails to make for the perfect night out on the town, this quaint restaurant will easily have you coming back for more.

From the moment you enter, you are greeted with friendly faces and a menu that offers a wide variety to suit every palate. The restaurant itself is a buzz with pretty neon lights that make for the perfect photo op and minimal furniture design offering comfort without the use of too much space. Under-counter and below-seat lighting provide a wonderful ambience that is soft and subtle and still bright enough to see around you.

The signature cocktail menu is highly unique, offering some of the best cocktails Cape Town has to offer. With unique flavour profiles and great attention to detail, we wish we could try them all! The way the cocktail is presented certainly makes for an Instagrammable moment with dry ice, flowers and the container itself, such as bathtubs and moon men. If you are not ready to try something new, the classic cocktails are just as tasty, made by the certified mixologist behind the bar. Cosmopolitans and margaritas are a good choice or opt for a great glass of wine.

The Asian inspired tapas meals are ideal for sharing among friends, or for a cute date-night spot, however, the sushi certainly feels like the show-stopper at Soi Bar, with only the freshest ingredients used and an undeniable passion and love from the team. With your classics like California rolls and sashimi, you can’t go wrong. However, if you’re feeling adventurous, opt for the viper roll (eel) or truffle bomb (truffles go with anything). The team at Soi Bar have tried to make a decadent experience full of fun and interaction, with playful dishes and mouth-watering delicacies.

Soi Bar is located at 9 Kloof Nek Road, Cape Town and open 6 days a week.
