Rihanna is a woman of many talents, and now the singer, actress, beauty mogul, and lingerie designer is adding landlord to her résumé. She just listed her stunning six-bedroom, 7,100-square-foot Hollywood Hills home for $35,000 per month.
What do potential tenants get for the steep price tag? Everything you’d expect Rihanna to have in her home. The massive three-story mansion is perched behind gates and is barely visible from the street thanks to an abundance of greenery. Once inside, you’ll find a spacious foyer with a large staircase and vintage brass chandeliers. From there, one enters the formal living room, which features a fireplace, followed by the dining room, which has LED-backlit faux-wood beams.
The chef’s kitchen boasts custom dark-colored cabinetry, gray stone countertops, and a huge T-shaped island, and it is connected to a family room. Elsewhere in the main abode are a game room, a gym, a movie theater with stadium seating, four en suite bedrooms, and a master suite complete with a fireplace, wraparound balcony, sitting room, and spalike bathroom. The high-end details continue outside, where an infinity pool and a dining/lounging terrace are positioned between the main house and the one-bedroom guesthouse, which sits atop a two-car garage.
It’s reported that Rihanna is opting to rent out the home after she was unable to sell it for her desired price of $7.5 million. Luckily, she apparently has plenty of other places to live, including an oceanfront villa in Barbados and two Los Angeles condos.
She's not the first celebrity to take on the role of landlord. Leonardo DiCaprio, Sandra Bullock, Brooke Shields, Orlando Bloom, and Felicity Huffman have all rented out their homes as well.
