We are constantly on the look out for designer furnishings and other interior accessories that inspires as well as reflects our own creativity.
Take a look at the 5 designer chairs from the likes of Tom Dixon and OKHA that impressed us this week.
Tom Dixon’s Wingback chair
We were admiring Tom Dixon’s range of wingback chairs that includes a wingback micro sofa and an ottoman. The designer brand also offers a range of fabrics to choose from and you can match your fabric to either copper, brass, chrome or wood legs. Creative freedom and luxury.
Beetle Lounge Chair
Available from Crema Design, the Beetle Lounge Chair is a modern take on a classic and simple design. The chair is made with laminated moulded veneer, a steel base and can be dressed up in a wide range fabrics or leathers.
Weylandts Edgar Chair
Inspired by a chair made by Danish Designer Borge Mogensens, Edgar Weylandts created his own interpretation of it, the Edgar Chair. This edgy lounger features upholstered leather with metal buckles and comes with either ebony or natural oak base.
How could you not love the latest designer release from OKHA, the Volt dining chair. According to OKHA’s Adam Court, ‘The design conjures a movement, an energy, the simple and bold form of the seat is a strong kinetic visual which possesses a vigour and energy hence VOLT.’
Although the warm cinnamon velvet with carbon-stained base is our favourite, the volt can be fully customised in different colours, leathers, fabrics and timbers.
Last but not least, the Lipa Beanbag is perfect for every room in the house and can easily fit in whether the room is designed for comfort or style and edge. The beanbag, which is upholstered in a woven grey fabric, is available from Aura Furniture and Décor.
